CAPT GEORGE ROUX

Capt George Roux is a life long resident of the area. His fishing experience here and in the Caribbean spans over six decades. Over the years he has owned and operated many party and charter boats in the St Petersburg area. He has also run sport fishing yachts for Anheuser-Busch, the Toronto Blue Jays, a prominent Indy Car racer, as well as others. Capt George has won or placed in many tournaments in Florida, the Bahamas, Cuba, Venezuela, and the Turks & Caicos, winning the West Coast Billfish Championship with one of the largest Blue Marlin ever caught in the Gulf. Capt George specializes in Grouper, snapper, amberjack, and Blue Water fishing. He has held a USCG 100 ton license for over 25 years, and has never had an accident during the thousands of charters he has taken into the Gulf.
